The General Prosecutor’s Office has repeatedly warned about the unacceptability of illegal public actions in the country.

However, individuals, not submitting to legal requirements, began to provoke and attack police officers.

The lives and health of passers-by, women and children were endangered.

In this regard, law enforcement agencies have taken measures aimed at preserving public peace and protecting citizens.

At the same time special means were not applied.

Offenders were taken to the police and brought to administrative responsibility in a court of law.

We explain that participation in illegal actions and activities of prohibited organizations entails responsibility in accordance with Article 488 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, Articles 400 and 405 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Law enforcement agencies will continue to prevent such violations and take measures provided by law to prevent them.
